At the intersection of brand, ESG, and corporate strategy, Irene leads ACEN’s integrated communications and sustainability functions. She plays a critical role in shaping the company’s ESG roadmap and translating it into compelling narratives that engage investors, policymakers, and communities. Her work supports ACEN’s bold energy transition initiatives, including large-scale renewables deployment, coal-to-clean transformation, and nature-based climate solutions - positioning the company as a regional leader in sustainable energy. Since joining the Ayala group in 2015, Irene has helped establish the Ayala Energy and Infrastructure Group and has since led the creation of the ACEN brand and its Environmental and Social policy framework
