Tay Sin Yee is a zero waste activist and entrepreneur based in Miri, Sarawak, Malaysia. With three years of experience in marketing as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator, Sin Yee combines her expertise with a passion for sustainability. In 2021, she joined Zero Waste Malaysia as a volunteer and started a Youtube Channel focused on Bokashi Composting. In 2022, Sin Yee launched Mindful Zero Waste, her own zero waste business. In 2023, she participated in the Borneo SDG Summit and initiated a BYOB/BYOC movement through a Facebook group. Sin Yee actively practices and promotes zero waste living on various online platforms, seeking collaborations within the local community to advocate for sustainable practices.
