All participant cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@stewardshipcommons.com and shall be subject to the following refund terms:
 
(a) Early Cancellation – Cancellations received fourteen (14) to thirty (30) days prior to the Course commencement date shall be eligible for a full refund of course fees paid.
 
(b) Mid-Window Cancellation – Cancellations received between seven (7) and thirteen (13) days prior to the Course commencement date shall be eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund of course fees paid.
 
(c) Late Cancellation / No-Show – Cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to the Course commencement date, or failure to attend the Course, shall not be eligible for any refund.
